How can therapy help me?

Therapy offers a space to process your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. At InTouch & Motion, we support healing through creative and evidence-based approaches that help you manage stress, trauma, and life challenges.

What can I expect from my first session?

Your first session is about building trust. We’ll talk about your goals and introduce the creative and expressive arts also somatic tools we may use together. You’ll leave with a sense of how we can work toward healing at your pace.

What issues do you help with?

We support clients dealing with trauma, chronic stress, grief, identity concerns, cultural transitions, and emotional regulation. Our inclusive approach makes space for all parts of who you are.

Do you accept insurance?

We are in-network with BCBS PPO and Blue Choice PPO and Cigna HMO, PPO, POS and EAP plans. We are also happy to submit claims to other out-of-network PPO insurance providers on your behalf.

For HMO plans, we will provide you with a receipt, called a Super Bill, that you may submit to your insurance provider to request reimbursement based on your specific plan’s benefits. We encourage you to call your insurance provider for details regarding this option. You may also use a Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account for therapy services.

Please note that not all services may be covered by insurance. This includes, but is not limited to, wellness workshops.

Is online therapy effective?

Absolutely. Our online sessions are designed to offer the same level of connection and care as in-person therapy, using secure platforms and creative tools tailored to remote work.
